The Value-First Trilogy

One room, three doorways.

Three books, one argument. They were not written to be sold as a set or read in sequence on penalty of confusion. They are three doors into a single body of thinking about what happens to a business when intelligence stops being scarce.

Walk in through any of them. The room is the same room. Right now one door is open — the third book, the one about the transformation itself. The other two are named and framed, and they open next. Nothing here is held behind a form.

Three doorways

Each book is a door, and each door is the same height. One is open to walk through today; the other two are real and on their way. No covers we have not earned, no dates we cannot keep — just the doors, told straight.
